What Are the Best Xocai Network Marketing Recruiting and Training Materials to Have?

For those of you who are considering starting a network marketing business, specifically joining Xocai, or maybe you are a Xocai veteran I found that when I first started doing the business out of my home I was overwhelmed with all the information available to me especially all of the tools and materials that were available for training and recruiting. For that reason I compiled this article to help out my new team members figure out exactly what materials they should be focusing on and why.

First off…here are a couple of money saving tips. If you don’t want to buy a ton of brochures I would recommend laminating your favorites just to have on hand to show people then if they really want a copy you could always give them one. This way you aren’t just handing off brochures to people who don’t really want them.  Many of us also just take the materials to Kinkos and make copies of them or if you have a scanner at home that will work as well. I also created my own flyers that summarize the product and business opportunity that is great when you have a large amount of people that you want to hand information out to.

These are the paper applications that I personally like to use because it has a little summary of the different products and it also helps simplify the different business packages that people can enroll with. These applications are great if you have someone wanting to start the business, but they aren't computer savvy and would prefer applying on paper. In my opinion this is the best CD that you can give someone to listen to. Using CD's as a presentation tool is very convenient if you can use it correctly. CD's can be listened to while driving, cleaning, or doing any other activity. Plus if you let someone "borrow" the CD it gives you a great excuse to follow-up with them to get it back and to see how they liked it. The Perfect Combination is well balanced with the product and business so it makes for a great presentation tool. There is also a new service called iTools that is out now. There is a monthly subscription to use the service, but you can try it out for 30 days free. This service allows you to create your own presentations online using various Xocai videos. You can email it to your leads or send them the link. When your person views your presentation the system will actually email or text you to let you know your leads are watching your presentation. It will also tell you how far the person got through the presentation. This is great because you know your lead has viewed the materials and then you know when you can call them to follow-up and to see how they liked it. http://chocolatebiztools.soundconcepts.com/subscriptions/itools.aspx This system works very well I would just emphasize to your contacts (if you decide to use this system) that they need to view it in a certain amount of time or else more than likely life will get in the way and your presentation never gets viewed.

Xocai also provides a service called a "Sizzle Call" this is a number that your contacts can call or you can do a 3-way call and listen to it together or if you are sitting in the same room you can have it on speaker phone. This number can be called 24/7 it has a prerecorded message on it that presents the business and products for you. You can actually make a flip-chart presentation out of them and use it for a full-out presentation or just a reference source if you have to talk about the company, products, business, compensation plan etc. This booklet can also be used for reading materials if you wanted to just hand it out like a brochure.

Last but not least...use your up-line! This business is extremely team motivated because your up-line is only as successful as you are. Use them for 3-way calls, Skype Calls, general questions, helping with appointments, chocolate tastings, opportunity meetings, and anything else you need. If you feel like your immediate up-line sponsor is not available to you then find out who your other team leaders are and I guarantee you will find someone who is willing to help.
